4 Ways to Keep your Business Going Strong
Where is the month of June going? The other day Marcus said something about June 14 and I thought it was still two weeks away, not merely a few days away! It must be all the birthday cake we've been having.
Jaxson recently turned 5 and Caden turned 3. Thanks to several days of birthday card mail, they can now identify the differences between the $20, $10, and $5 bills. Ha ha! We might have some future entrepreneurs on our hands.
This month we've been finishing up a few projects around the house (more on that to come!) and working hard alongside our fellow small business owners in Medina County – and around the U.S. That's one of the joys of technology. We've been serving clients in California, Minnesota, and New Mexico... I think I am going to have to start collecting postcards to commemorate them!
Marcus and I love helping small businesses succeed and grow through marketing and updating their brand. When small businesses succeed, communities succeed. We are committed to you!
LET'S CREATE • COLLABORATE • CELEBRATE.
We hope you enjoy taking a look at some of our recent projects.
Here are 4 ways to keep your business going strong:
1. Because nearly half of all internet traffic is via smartphones, never underestimate the power of a mobile-friendly website.
2. Connect when and where you can. If you're collecting email addresses of customers, be sure to touch base with them through email marketing. Let them know when you are re-opening, if you offer curbside services, or tell them about your upcoming specials.
3. Don't let social media overwhelm you. In the politically-charged online world of social media, you can still bring people joy (and helpful info) by engaging them with relevant details and updates from your business.
4. Take time to celebrate. Enjoy being with family. Take a walk around your neighborhood. Smile at people. And eat cake. ;)
Mobile-Friendly Website
We recently created a brand new website for Underground Water Resources. It will be going LIVE soon, so watch our Facebook page for the big reveal!
UWR services water wells throughout South and Central Texas, and they offer discounts to military, seniors (62+), and repeat customers.
Email Marketing
Connecting with your fans and clients through email is an effective way to stay in touch. Throughout the season of quarantine, we've been helping FitWell - Medina Valley Fitness stay connected with their members through weekly email updates. We also work with their team to create print flyers and social media images to elevate their brand.
Social Media Assistance
Got dirty floors? Todd from Seay the Difference Floor Cleaning is a miracle worker! He came to the rescue for our wood-look ceramic tile and did a wonderful job. Marken Media Co. is also helping him out with his social media. So if you get gratification from vacuuming your carpet in straight lines or watching grout lines turn white, you'll definitely want to hit the LIKE button!
We provide social media assistance for small businesses on a month-to-month basis. Schedule a chat with us by clicking the button below.
Walk in Their Dino-Shoes
As we shared with you in last month's update, June is birthday month for the Buckner kiddos. We recently celebrated with a dinosaur porch party with family for Jaxson (5) and Caden (3). There was cake and ice cream and lots of excitement with new toys, but most of all I think everyone just enjoyed being together.
